Nice shots WS: photo #3 is a Bobolink, I think the last one may be a Grey Partridge.

thanks KL the last one really had me puzzeled.. if you are right it is an introduced species which is on the decline. Its a section of my book I never go in to but it does look like one after looking there.

They were introduced here at one time also but I have never seen one. There used to be an established population in Kpr’s area but I think they have pretty much disappeared. A couple recent birds Willett I think this one is a Nelson's Sparrow the colour is a bit off, not sure if it is within the normal range for the species.

this was kinda fun to watch play out.... Female... Female meets male... Female and male hear a noise... Enter second male And as has happened throughout millenia and within all species when multiple males and one female meet... Women!!!
